Monday nite was great fun at a cheese class/tasting at the well known Murray's (est 1940). We learned about stinky cheese, bloomy cheese and earthy cheese! They were quite generous with the wine pours, too.
This was especially fun one of my all time favorite Christmas gifts from Gary was "Cheese of the Month Club". I got selection of cheese every month, and it came from Murrays!! Turns out Murrays is only about a 10 min walk from our apartment, so we've gone in and sniffed it out several times!!!
Also, come to find out, the manager there is from ASHEVILLE!!! Small world.
